WITH DISHES FULL OF FOOD WHY THEY DIDN'T EAT IT,AND THEY ALL SAID THE SAME.FOOD COLD,NOT FRESH,NO ONE AT THE CARVER AREA,AND THE FOOD AT THE CARVER STATION WAS COLD,AND IT WAS BROUGHT TO MANAGERS ATTENTION,YET SHE KEPT THE SAME FOOD AT THE CARVER STATION,NO DESERT AT DESERT BAR,BOTH COLD TEA WERE EMPTY,NO ICE IN MACHINE,NO MILK,AND THE RESTROOMS WERE SO FILTHY DIRTY,I WALKED OUT,AND IT TURNED MY STOMACH.BOTH TOILETS WERE FULL,AND BOTH WERE FULL OF WASTE,AND TOILET PAPER,SINKS WATER EVERYWHERE,NO PAPER TOWELS, AND WHEN I ARRIVED I HAD TO FIND SOMEONE TO TAKE MY MONEY,NO ONE AT REGISTER AT 5PM.BUT AGAIN FROM 5-6PM THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY,RESTROOMS NEVER GOT CLEANED,WHEN MANAGER WAS TOLD ABOUT THE CARVER SECTION,NOBODY THERE,AND COLD FOOD,SHE DIDN'T BRING FRESH,ALL SHE DID WAS CUT A PIECE OFF THE TOP,AND LEAVE COLD FOOD AT BUFFET,AFTER 4-PEOPLE TOLD HER FOOD WAS COLD.I SEE THAT GOING THIS DIRECTION YOU WANT TO CLOSE YOUR DOORS,AND GO BANKRUPT.THIS COMPANY USED TO HAVE A BIG LINE AT 5PM TO GET FOOD,NOW THEIR IS NO LINE,NO ONE AT REGISTER,AND RESTAURANT EMPTY.THAT ALONE SHOULD TELL SOMEONE AT CORP LEVEL WE HAVE A PROBLEM,OUR STORE USED TO DO SO MANY DOLLARS,AND SERVE SO MANY PROBLEM,AND CORP DOESN'T CARE,AND WON'T LISTEN TO EMPLOYEES,OR MANAGERS,THEY JUST EXPECT BUSINESS.NO ONE WILL COME TO YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU HAVE POOR QUALITY FOOD,NO SERVICE,FILTHY DIRTY RESTROOMS,AND ONLY 1-PERSON ON THE FLOOR TO CLEAR OFF TABLES,AND FOOD ALL OVER FLOORS.DIRTY DISHES ON TABLES,THAT SAT FOR A LONG TIME,MORE THAN 1-HR,SO OLD COUNTRY BUFFET YOU HAVE SHOWN YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR WILL NEVER HAPPEN AS LONG AS THE FOOD IS JUNK,COLD,NOT FRESH,AND THE MANAGERS WHO WORK THE STORES DON'T CARE ANYMORE,AND THE HELP ATTITUDE IS THE SAME WHEN YOU TALK TO THEM.THIS COMPANY IS BEING RUINED TO THE GROUND,AND THE CORP CEO DOESN'T CARE LIKE HE SAYS ON HIS TV COMMERCIALS ,OR WAS ON UNDERCOVER BOSS..THIS SHOWS.AND WHEN EMPLOYEES USED TO BE THERE FOR LONG TIME EMPLOYMENT,HAVE ALL QUIT,LEFT,AND THEY CAN'T KEEP HELP NOW AT ALL.WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU ABOUT THIS COMPANY,THEY DO NOT WORK WITH EMPLOYEES,OR MANAGERS,GIVE THEM NO SUPPORT,WHEN THEY SAY THERE IS A PROBLEM,CORP TELL PEOPLE BELOW WITH MANAGERS GET NO SUPPORT,COMPLAIN ABOUT PROBLEMS IN THE COMPANY,AND GET NO WHERE WITH THEIR COMPLAINT,OR GET NO SUPPORT,SO SOON YOU WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CLOSE YOUR DOORS,ONCE SAYS THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR WELL OVER A YEAR NOW,AND THEY HAVE CHASED ALL THEIR OLD GOOD CUSTOMERS AWAY.IT SHOWS.LOOK AT THE NUMBERS AT THIS STORE,THE OLD MANAGER WHO RAN THIS STORE,MOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION,BUT RAN THIS STORE RIGHT IN THE GROUND,AND SHE GOT TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER LOCATION,BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T KEEP A MANAGER IN THIS LOCATION,SO IT SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM AT CORP LEVEL,AND IT SHOWS.

YOU DON'T A MANAGER,THEY QUIT,THEY WON'T WORK FOR A CORP WHO GIVES NO SUPPORT,SO NOW YOU CAN'T KEEP MANAGERS.THAT SHOWS,MAYBE YOU SHOULD START AT THE TOP,AND REPLACE THESE PEOPLE,BECAUSE THEIR ATTITUDES GET PASSED DOWN THE LATTER AND IT SHOWS.BUT THEIR IS A LOT OF OTHER CHOICES AND PLACES TO EAT,AND WHAT I NOTICED ON THE WAY HOME,ALL GOOD RESTAURANT CHAINS PARKING LOTS FULL,AND RESTAURANTS FULL.YET YOURS SITS EMPTY.WHEN I USED TO TRAVEL IN MY JOB,YOU USED TO BE ABLE TO FIND A GOOD RESTAURANT TO EAT AT,BY LOOKING IN A PARKING LOT,AND INSIDE,IF RESTAURANT IS FULL,THAT MEANS PEOPLE COME BECAUSE OF SERVICE,AND FOOD,WHEN A STORE IS EMPTY,THAT TELLS YOU BAD FOOD,STAY AWAY,EVEN THE LOCALS DON'T EAT THERE,AND THAT IS HOW YOUR RESTAURANT IS NOW.SITS EMPTY NOW AT PRIME TIME DINNER,EVEN THE SENIOR CITIZENS WHO USED TO EAT HERE ALL THE TIME DON'T COME ANYMORE,THAT SHOULD TELL YOU A REAL PICTURE HERE.YOUR COLD FOOD,NOT FRESH,AND A DIRTY PLACE OF BUSINESS,CHASES CUSTOMERS AWAY..AND THEY WON'T COME BACK.IT SHOWS IN YOUR BUSINESS HERE.I ASKED FOR A CALL FROM A CORP PERSON,AND NEVER RECEIVED THIS,SO THAT ALONE TELL ME HOW THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT WHAT THEIR CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SAY..THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
